Has anyone had any problems with there truck shaking. I have had 2 wheel bearings and my transmission serviced twice. I have 110,000 miles on the truck. It vibrates starting at around 35 miles an hour and does it up to around 72. I have tried everything and had it in the shop quite a few times. I was told by the shop that it was my tires so I just bought some new highway tires and it still shakes horribly.

Has a road-force balance been done by a competent tech?

Because the cost of a road-force is wasted in the hands of an incompetent or lazy one.

I have had it road forced balanced at a local tire shop that has a good reputation.

Were the wheel hubs replaced with new ones when you had the wheel bearings replaced? Hubs with corrosion buildup on the flange, if not sanded off, can cause runout when the brake rotor and wheel are attached.

When was the last time you had an alignment?

I just had an allignment in January. I will have to see if they replaced the hub when they done the bearing. I don't think they did.

Just a bunch of old crap
I'd start with an alignment for sure. If they can't align, then you have another issue that you can start troubleshooting. Jack up front end from subframe until both front tires are off the ground, and start shaking each wheel vigorously in different directions and feel for play (steering wheel must be locked). Could be failing ball joints in uppers or lower control arms, could be a failing steering rack, tie rod ends, etc.
