Close, if you are thinking of one of my previous signatures. An old race car adage. But it really does apply to a lot of stuff.

Fast, cheap, reliable. Pick any two.

Talk to Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road. Their price is just about the same as Amazon, but with that you'll get a ton of advice and know that they will stand behind their product.

What's up guys? So just wanted to check back in. I lifted the truck: did 5100s all around, eibach coils with 1/2" spacer in front to get full 3", 2"AALs in The rear, diff drop and I actually wound up doing the UCAs (SPC light racing). 18" Fuel Krank rims -12mm offset with Toyo open country MTs on them.

Truck looks great! Only problem is the ride is pretty rough. Had into alignment shop but they weren't as familiar with the adjustable UCAs so the tires rub on the chassis at full turn. Bringing it to a shop that specializes in lifted trucks to get the wheels to sit right.

I will keep you posted and if you have any more info/advice for me I always appreciated it. Thanks for all of your help

Look into the cab mount chop. May be necessary depending on what size you're running. Also, your rough ride is partially due to the MTs. I'd imagine they're a load E, which can ride rough. If you don't mind losing a little mpg, let some air out of your tires to help with the ride

So what is the best way to just get a couple inches of lift ? My truck is completely stock suspension and i'd like to upgrade to 17" wheels and tires ... or will they fit with stock suspension? I have the SR5 4x4

You can fit 17s with 265/70r17 tires on them with stock suspension. You might have to remove the front mud flaps, but that's it. Here's my truck with that tire size and stock suspension.
