Let the sun roof open when I got home from the lake. Huge rainstorm rolled through and I didn't think anything of it. Went to leave later in the night, hop in and everything is soaked.:frusty:

I hate sunroofs. Lets water in, intentional or unintentional.

Hope things dry out without any complications.

That is true. Eventually it is going to let water in. Luckily so far everything has powered up fine. The last truck I had get that wet was an 86 4runner when I left the top off. Not as many electronics in that ride to mess up with water!

Hopefully you have sunny days ahead, because the best thing to do is to let it dry with the windows down. If not, park it in a garage and have some fans blowing in through the open windows.

    Ehhh....Life happens.

Hopefully it didn't hurt anything and it'll dry out just fine.

I personally like sunroofs, old T-tops and the like.

I'm sure this will help you remember to close to top next time...Good luck!

Even after verifying everything electronic works (which probably will) you don't want anything to remain damp. No mold!

    Sorry bud.

I had my windows cracked and vent visors installed..... had a rough storm blow through with sideways rain..... the vent visors didn't prevent rain intrusion that day.

It'll dry out. Stick a fan or little ceramic heater in the truck and leave the windows cracked to drive the moisture out.

Ouch, that sucks A$$. Hope everything will be fine.

Window vent shades for ventilation work better, no rain gets in.

    Hope that helps
    Cheers!

Moral of the story always listen to the Taco. The passenger seat is slightly wrinkled. It got a little wetter than the drivers side. Luckily I live in Wyoming, the dry air helps. If I still lived in Oregon there would be mold for sure.

I'm 54 years old....Had plenty of wet interiors...T-tops to windows left down.

Never had a single mold problem.

You will be fine I'm sure.

If only there was an alarm that went off when you shut the truck off with the sunroof open... oh, wait. :D

    Shit happens.
