Just posting a mod I have not seen so far, it's a Bad Boy Outlaw Tacoma Lawn Attachment, fits right on the end of the tow package, wheels don't rub, and it fits perfectly.

By the way, did my 10k service and it was a shitty experience, called in for the appointment, told them about the TSB 066-16, they said yea bring it in, when we did they had to reschedule the appt. because they had no loaners, brought it back in a few days later and they did it, but the service checklist was left about 3/4 unfinished so I called and they said, the tech probably did everything and forgot to mark it, I said, so I am going another 5k with no one possibly checking the transmission fluid, and no tire rotation? Going back in Monday to see the manager.... Really ruins my Tacoma Experience because the service that I paid for with the truck has been at 2 Different dealerships and seems to be consistent, owners dont notice shit, so cut corners.... Ask questions folks, validate your maintenance, you paid for it....

In conclusion, I will say the transmission performs as expected, it is completely like the new truck I bought, and was complaining about the issue since two weeks after purchase. And even though it is in my records, and they should have called for the update, I got the information from here so I would have went another 5k miles being frustrated, the transmission is tight and solid now, no delays and no coasting neutral then harsh gear shifting.... Get the TSB 066-16 done immediately if you have the model that it applies to... It is like being between normal crappy automatic shifting and ECT Power.... It is now perfect IMO.

 

Just finished with a dawn dish soap wash, then clayed, then a wax in 3 hours. Nice Friday night w

 

Anyone know what models this TSB applies to ?

 

It applies to a few there is a post with the actual TSB and it has vin#s it applies to but I have V6 Auto...

 

I typed in search bar " TSB 066-16 " and only thing that comes up is your post

1" front lift and method wheels and 265/75/r16 TOYO MT , and hypertech inline speedometer calibrator, AFE cold air with ram air scoop in the mail.

 

Pretty sure there was a different one for the 4cyl... But I'm not sure what tsb that one is.

Loving my 3rd Gen, decided it was time to post her up! Installed the Opt 7 H11 Led's and did a derp job. Lights make a HUGE difference. I will get a night shot tonight. Next is some TRD Pro wheels and tires. Wife helped me dip the grille so i had to help her make a bookcase.
