I am disappointed to report that one of the latches on my 52 Qt have failed. Love the cooler, but I think the latches need to be re-designed. I will add that this is only the 3rd time I use my cooler under very 'light conditions' no harsh yanking on the latches or overfilling or anything. I will be contacting @CamFromCI for replacement latches, but in further hopes that the design team takes a look to improve the latches.

    Edit: added pic

Yeah I saw that you had the same issue, I debated returning it, but the size is perfect to fit under my tonneau cover. CA innovations already replied to me and confirmed they will send me the replacement latches. I'm going to give them another shot, but if it fails again I will be returning. Hopefully I kept my receipt...

I just got home from WallyWorld and they were holding three of the smaller sized ones, no mid or large sized ones.

So here's a good positive "Real World" test on the Ozark 26 quart cooler I figured some of you may like. Was riding the Rzr this weekend and climbed this huge, long hill that was rutted out pretty bad. Was throwing me left and right and somehow managed to knock my Ozark loose out of the bed. When I finally got to the top of the hill I put it in reverse to turn around and backed over top of my cooler that I didn't know was loose at the time. The cooler had both of my back wheels off the ground so I couldn't go forward or backward. After I got out and noticed, I had to pull the cooler out from underneath the Rzr, I began to inspect it. Other than a few very minor rub spots on the cooler, it was still in great shape. It messed the handle up that you carry the cooler with (which we bent back to pop it on, it just wont rotate as good now), but other than that, the cooler is in fine shape. Any other $30-40 plastic cooler would have been more than toast being rolled over like that. Looks like I've started to get my moneys worth on not having to buy another cooler... Although I could use a new handle now lol @CamFromCI

Edit: For all those "ice is expensive" guys that go on one day trips, but need ice for 7 out there. Put 2 small bags of ice in it early Saturday morning (after Pre Cooling it Friday night), rode all day Saturday with it over top of the hot Rzr engine, left it in the bed over night and throughout Sunday. When I dumped the water out late Sunday night, there was still a little ice left in it. Not bad at all for the 90 degree weather and sitting over the Rzrs motor for the weekend.

So to add on to my story above about my screwing my handle up, problem solved. Paracord handles I made last night. (Sorry for the crappy cell phone pictures)

Thanks. I wish I could find some rubber to go around them as well to make them look even nicer. I got to looking and Yeti, Grizzly, and even the bigger Ozark coolers go the rope handle route, so instead of trying to bend the metal fold over carrying handle back into place, I went with the rope.

@MedlinAround Wow! Great to see the ingenuity there with the handle! Happy to hear that it held up to the Rzr! I'm definitely going to forward this story on to the team!
and thanks @LTacoman for sharing the latch issue you had.

Speaking of improving things and design feedback... I have a proposal for you guys.

After hearing all of your feedback, testing and reviews we've decided to put together an Advisory Committee of roto users.

Roto Cooler Advisors will have the opportunity to speak with our design team directly and potentially get product in the future to test (and keep). Basically, we've created this committee to learn what your ideal cooler looks like so we can build the best one for you! We want to hear more about how you use your roto cooler.

If you are interested, or know someone that would be, here's a link (it should only take around 1 minute to fill out):

I've put mine through a few tests. I'd be more than happy to put a good hard review on something if you think the design will hold lol.

@CamFromCI Is there a direct link where I can get some replacement handles? Mine haven't broke yet but it definitely ain't going to hurt to have some laying around for here in the near future. Thanks
