Went to the gym after work and did the chest/tri's routine from Doug's 4 Day Split, which I've decided to follow for a month or so just because following a program pushes me so much harder.

    all 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6:

    incline db press
    flat bb bench
incline db flys (I did pec-dec flys instead to keep my shoulders in tact)
    cable crossovers

    all 3 sets of 10, 8, 6:

    skullcrushers
    one arm cable pushdowns
    one arm overhead db extension

On my last set, the wife texted and asked if I wanted to go to Mexican...there's only one correct answer to that, so we went. I was pretty good: I had a 32 oz. Bud Light (330 calories) and a piece of grilled chicken. I literally ordered nothing but 1 piece of grilled chicken and poured salsa on it. Since gilled chicken is already on my diet, I simply deducted those 330 calories from the Bud Light from my diet to keep me at around 2200 calories....IIFYM FTMFW

Those of you on Snapchat saw the bowl my wife got. It had shrimp, steak, chicken, sausage, grilled vegetables, and a bunch of other shit. I think she was able to eat about 8% of it lol. I resisted temptation and stayed away.

    Edit: here it is:

Time for some shoulders/legs this morning!

I don't know why you didn't finish that for her. All the protein. You would have made so many gainz.

Haven't had any caffeine since Sunday. But I've gotta get this volume work in quick before I go camping at noon. Commence the geekin'.

The calipers are still in my truck. Thought about it while we were eating Popeyes but figured you wouldn't want to skew the results with those mash potatoes
