Had this Tacoma almost 3 years has been a great truck except for the tire noise. Took it on a 2000 mile trip and it sounded like i had no mufflers it was so bad. So i replaced the cheap no name knock off tires the dealer supplied with Michelin Defenders. Same noise! I noticed that the noise goes away when taking a right turn ( like on a hi-way). Had the alignment done twice and still the noise. Any suggestions?

    Check your front wheel bearings?

Funny, I was thinking the same thing - Tacoma's are famous for wheel bearings - rusted out frames too but that's another thread. Let us know what it winds up being.

Your right front wheel bearing is bad. Change it.
