Those are expensive. ;) But if you want to get them, go for it! You shouldnt have a problem with those tires and the stock UCAs.

I wouldn't recommend going with the Nitto Trail Grapplers. They only come in E Rated which are meant for heavier rigs such as diesels and such.

Yeah. theres not alot of sidewall tread, basically the same thing as my tires. So you should be gold on it

    17x9 wheel and a 33" tire... I imagine a 285/70(75)/17(16) tire

Not nessesarilly. I prefer an "E" rating for the strength of the tire. Also, the Nittos come in other ratings like "D", etc....

I like the dune grapplers. But i guess they wont fit stock without different rims or new UCA's. Grr.

You can use the stock UCAs if you get new rims.... exactly as you stated.

As you see Amir has the stock UCAs on, but his wheels probably have a 4.5" BS on his wheels

I have them. Almost 20K miles on them and still have plenty of tread left... and that is on an 8000lb truck

I cant see only 30k out of my terra grapplers. I could see maybe a big heavy diesel running them down quicker but a light tacoma with good balance and rotation should be fine for well past 30k. At least I hope so. The only wear problems I have heard of are on the big trucks and those were few and far between

Did you put spacers on or do your wheels just sit out that far?

I got them on discounttires.com for $138 a tire. It is a little more expensive but still a great deal.
