Posted this in the Alabama thread, but most likely to get some interest from down your guys way.

I normally take a trip to St. George Island every year and book a charter for deep sea fishing. This year I'm not looking at going for a week, but still want to go fishing. One of the guys I normally go down there with is still going, but we are missing our other regulars. Looking to see if anyone is interested in going fishing out of Apalachicola on June 3rd and maybe the 4th. I am looking for 2 on the 3rd. If I decide to go on the 4th I would need 3. Cost would be $300 per day plus cleaning if you wanted to keep your fish and didn't want to clean them yourself.

    From our last trip.

Checking in from Daphne. Been a lurker on the site for about a year since I bought my Tacoma. Just found this thread. Seems a little dead, but figured I'd say hey anyways and subscribe in case anyone does any meets.

I'm not in Mobile, but my granddad had a country & western club there back in the day and scored a regional hit with this tune and others:

It was called the Radio Ranch. He eventually moved it back East to his home in Moultrie. I lived with him on his horse farm when I was a kid. He used to go tour Germany in the 80s and 90s for a bit, then come home, sit on his butt and train his horses the other 10 months of the year. That's the life, huh?

Cannot remember the Radio Ranch, thought it may have been Austin's Country Palace on Halls Mill Road.

Sounds like he had his act together and really knew how to enjoy life.

This is not a very active thread, sadly. Us in central Alabama, and northern Alabama guys do meets and wheeling trips regularly.

From your location, it would likely be a shorter drive to the Florida panhandle. I hear they are pretty active.

This is the Central/Northern AL thread, if you don't mine long drives. You're always welcome to join us!

Oh shit! I didn't know Mobile had it's own thread. Been here for 3.5 years so far. I have a 2006 silver AC if you see me rolling around Mobile stop and say hey.

Hey guys, I'm going all-terrain with tires so I'm selling my Mud Tires: 285/70/17 (4) tires and plastic-dipped aluminum rims.
    http://www.kanatitires.com/products/truck-tires/mud-hog/
I have put approx 10,000 miles on these tires in 3 years due to being in law enforcement and utilizing my patrol vehicle as often as possible. Now i have a civilian job and drive everyday, I'm tired of the roaring sound and reduced gas mileage. I have pics that i can send via cell phone, I know that rules state that I must post pics but I don't know how and don't care to. PM me with your cell and I'll send ya pics of the tires. Im asking $450. I live in Semmes and you can come see them yourself after this week. I am also wanting to trade exhaust with someone with a stock exhaust setup. I have a magna flow exhaust with tip. Its got a great sound to it, but I'm getting old i guess and am tired of that being loud too, lol. It's yours as a trade as along as you remove mine and install yours into mine. I can provide pics of the exhaust as well.

How many miles on the exhaust, and why are you looking to trade for stock?

I am the second owner of my 2008 tacoma. I purchased the truck in 2011. The exhaust was on the truck when I purchased it with 95,000 miles, it now has 117,000. I'm sure its dirty but it still works fine, the reason I'm wanting a stock is because I'm tired of the drone or noise this exhaust puts out, I switched from Mud tires to all terrains just to get rid of the mud grip noise on pavement. I'd be happy to let you come by or meet somewhere to inspect and listen. If you like a throaty exhaust for a 6 cylinder, then this one may be a free way to get it. I'm just wanting to go back to a quiet stock exhaust.

Tires are sold! Exhaust still available for trade of OEM exhaust.
