Since you posted this in several threads. I will post our response in several threads.

If I'm not mistaken, we made a special exception for you to get that free cap. We would appreciate a bit of patience will we process the shipment of the replacement of your free cap.

We have shipped a lot of product to members of this forum with relatively few complaints. You will receive the replacement of your free cap (you know, the one we agreed to give you for free). Sorry if we didn't communicate better, but it's in the works, just bare with us.

You keep mentioning 'free' as if I should be treated any differently. The cap wss free because I bought the tail gate skin. You offered a free cap with the purchase of the skin.

I believe, im still a paying customer.

My issue is with your lack of communication. A simple response or eta, or what you just posted would of been sufficient. Instead, I see you guys pushing out your new wares, while ignoring previous customers.
