We are finally releasing the production model of our 05-16 Tacoma Bed Rack so I just wanted to share a sneak peak of what is coming!

As of today these are officially in production and available for purchase though they may not appear on our website for a day or two. Introductory pricing is going to be set at $600 for a bare steel rack or $725 powdercoated + shipping.

Rack is 12" tall, which maintains plenty of bed space but keeps roof top tents minimally above the roof-line of the truck for better aerodynamics and lower center of gravity.
Allows almost ANYTHING to be mounted to the side of the rack including lights, tool, quick-fists, CO2, fire extinguisher, Hi-lift, roto-pax, etc.
Slots cut into the top of rack to accomodate the mounting of any roof top tent.
Tough 10ga steel construction will easily withstand the weight of any roof top tent or other accessories.

*Pictures are of a pre-production rack, actual rack will vary ever so slightly.

Do you have a pic on the inside where it attaches to the box rails?

I'll post one up tomorrow if I get a chance. It mounts the bed track at the far ends and one in the middle, the rest is wide open.

That is beautiful! It seems to be talking to me...might just be the vodka

I'm almost reconsidering the camper shell alternative after seeing this. Nice looking design Josh! Kudos to you (and your team if applicable...sorry newb here).

Sent a message, I need this and your IFS skid before the end of the month for my Alpine Loop trip!

I have a KB rack but want a lower center of gravity and this looks like it'll handle a hi lift mounted to it better.

I've actually been looking at racks to go with a RTT. So far (based on the pictures) this looks like the best option yet. I will probably order as soon as they show up on the website.

It seems to me that this design compared to others that use round tubing would have a better point of contact with a flat bottomed structure like a RTT.

    Nice product!!!

Best looking rack I have seen. Is the rack in the picture bare steel or powder coated? It looks dark but it is hard to tell if it is powered coated or not.

That is what I thought. If that is so, I definitely like that look.

@Joshp767 Would you consider building a longer rack to take advantage of a long bed? It looks like you would just need to make the side (horizontal plate) support longer. I'm planning on using this with an RTT and would like to get as much support under the floor of the tent as possible.

Thanks for all the replies everyone, we will get these on the website ASAP! We have already started a large production run in anticipation to keep lead times quick!

And yes we will/do have a design ready to roll for the Longbed trucks, so no worries there!
