Well, i don't think this light bar is going to work out. Going a different route.

If someone wants it, let me know.

Its an Auxbeam Lighting 7" 3600 lumen 18w light bar with harness

My mistake: i have $35 in it.

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00RWLLP68/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00OHBV4GW/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I can't send it back because i gouged it when mounting it...and i added connectors to the wires since none came on the wires leading out of the actual light bar.

    image.jpg

Gouge is on the bottom...so you'd likely never see it when mounted. Those connectors plug right into the harness that i bought for it.

Its actually a nice light bar. Just wish I could find some other use for it...i'll come up with something, if not, it might be up for grabs.

Could you make a z bracket to mount under the stock instrument cluster?

Tried that. Only was able to make it mount to the back of the dash with those little 8mm studs that stick out of the back of the cluster. Because of how small they are and their rubber mounts, they were too flimsy. The light bar bounced all over the place and was trying to eat those rubber mounts to pieces.

Whats the dimensions of factory headlight?

Edit: looks like its a standard 4x6 headlight. Id start by upgrading that. Lots of options like some nice led replacements or you could make some retrofits

A friend of mine just did this with a few pieces of metal L brackets from Lowes. Solid too.

I love my truck. And deaver u402 pack handles amazing with the weight out back still. Have an inch at least before the hydro bumps and then the few inches of bump travel.

Still debating about moving the tent though..even though I love the look of it on the bedrack

I'd like to do one of the square LED 4x6s but i'm not certain if it will mount directly to the stock headlight mount. I've also heard you have to trim the inside of the headlight shroud to make them fit

Different forks, i can't make that work because my brake line is in the way and the bottom triple pinch bolts are on the outside
