    Our IT group is expert at killing productivity and our responsiveness to client requests and collaboration. It seems every IT group in the world has no sense of the business purpose of the firms they service. They just don't seem to GAF.

    they still could have done it! lower the stack height and boom right in...ive done it before :D I took the tailgate off right quick and it enabled the forklift to get right up to the back of the bed and slide that pallet right in

    So unload a half pallet of bags off the pallet so you can load a half pallet of bags with a forklift lol

    Doesn't sound like less work to me but OK
