Just ordered Riley some Rex Specs. They'll be here in a while (there are bunch of them that are out of stock). Can't wait-I always worry about his eyes when he's trying to stuff his head out the window.

 

Replacement set of black RexSpeks have been on back order for over two months.

 

Mid August is the delivery date.

 

Its a rough life. I wish i had a bed like that.

 

Just got a note saying they've shipped. Hopefully, yours is on the way too.

She's having a sulk now because I went out to the truck just to take a mod picture and she didn't get to take a ride.

She's awesome. Knows she was rescued and shows it daily. Acts like my sons second mother and loves going for rides. If we are spread throughout the house then she patrols so she can keep an eye on everyone. Was recently diagnosed with arthritis and hip displasia so she moves a bit slower. Her only bad habit is climbing onto the bed and snuggling with my wife. I need to break her of that so she will snuggle up to me instead.

 

Shepherds a great! Mine lay where they can keep an eye on the girlfriend and I, and keep both exits covered at the same time. Sometimes it seems like they're working together to keep the perimeter secure when she and I are in different parts of the house.

At this point either would keep me warm.

 

I stayed home from work yesterday morning so i can take my pup to the vet. I think she realized after my normal leaving time that i was still home and immediately started bringing out toys. "Ok good you're home, here is what we are going to do..."

One of my old Labs grew up with a German Sheppard pup. Breck taught my Lab Sierra to jump fences. Neighbors would call me in the
middle of the day and tell me both of them knuckleheads were hanging out on the front step watching cars drive by.

 

Leo is pretty proud of himself these days. He has caught and wrangled armadillos in through the doggy door twice now in the middle of the night. He makes things quite interesting lol!
