I'm in the process of building frame sliders for the truck. Once the sliders are finished, I'd like lift the front of the truck to at least match the rear ride height. I'm open to installing an add-a-leaf in the rear to compensate for more lift in the front than planned, and increase bed haul capacity.

    Goals:

    1. Raise front of truck to at least level it with rear of truck.
    2. Slightly increase load capacity in bed of truck.
    3. Maintain factory ride characteristics or improve ride of the truck.
    4. Realize I'll probably need to save up longer than I planned to make this work in the budget. :D

The reason I say I'm putting it off is because I know everyone gets tired of the lift question threads...but I try to contribute knowledgeable information on this site, so please forgive me haha.

Edit: Shoutout to @Pelfreybilt for the most-excellent rear bumper. I get constant compliments, and most people are stoked to hear these are made right here in the good ol' USA.

What if I'm willing to spend a bit more than 5100s? No coils?

Specific coils good for minimal lift on the coils? I don't have a plate bumper, and I'm not planning on getting one any time soon =D.

if you want to level only you can get away with just the shocks. if you want to lift a little i would suggest the OME coils. Headstrongoffroad.com has some pretty sweet packages that can set you up with everything you need. marie @HeadStrong Off-Road can help you out i'm sure.

My main reason for a lift would be so I could accommodate for increasing bed load capacity some day. If I install an add a leaf, I'm going to gain height. If I switch to a heavier duty leaf pack, I'll probably also gain height in the rear.

Best way to add bed hauling is overload springs, airbags or what I did, add sumosprings to get both worlds.
