Hello everyone! Today I finally sold my first car (2006 VW Passat) and bought a 2013 Tacoma (Base Model) with a 5-speed transmission and I'm loving it so far. I've yet to find anything that I don't like better than my previous car (especially the wonderful air conditioning in this truck, last week it was 108F in Memphis!). I thought a truck would be a fun car to drive around in college, and with all the moving around I've been doing lately, a larger vehicle than a sedan has become a necessity.

That said, I have a few questions about the truck so far and I'd really appreciate some advice.
    1. My headlight switch has 4 positions: Off, DRL, Parking Lights, Headlights. The DRL position doesn't seem to do anything. Does this mean that my truck isn't equipped with DRLs? If so, is the wiring in place that I could add some myself or wire a set of the existing lights as DRLs?
    2. I have the front bench seat, is there any way to release the center seat belt? It looks like its clipped in to some kind of latch that I've seen in other cars, but usually it has a small button or place to put my key in to release the seat belt. I didn't see it on this one. Is there anything I'm missing?
    Here's a picture of it!
