ive searched and seen that makes a difference to have 650lb springs when adding extra weight up front. if I add a bumper/winch and the front sags too much, would it be more wise to adjust the coilovers to compensate or go with a stiffer spring?

3" toytec boss coilovers is what im running with 600lb springs.

stiffer spring. Preloading springs is never the best way to achieve lift.

When considering spring rates, keep in mind that number is not total capacity, it's per inch of compression.
