Hello, I already put a down payment on a Leer 100R with Thule rack for my 4cyl 2013 Access Cab 4x4 Tacoma. Do I need to make adjustments to my suspension for the extra weight of the Cap plus what ever luggage I will be storing in the back? I will also be sleeping back there. Will I need new leaf springs eventually, coils, shocks, etc? I am interested in OEM products mostly. Any feedback would help...

OK... So I am guessing no suspension upgrades needed for my 4cyl AC 4x4 and Leer 100R???

Stock is fine just remember that you are adding about 150LB's to your vehicle weight when loading other gear.
I changed my setup to bilstein 5100's with a Toytec AAL and have never had any problems with normal loads.
