Idling issue update

    I have an appointment on Monday for the software update. I emailed the corporate office and attached the PDF file that I found on the forum. It looks like they are not calling customers who have reported the problem previously, to let them know an update is available. You have to reach out to them. I was a quart low on transmission fluid and also have the idling/lunging issue. I hope the upgrade fixes the idling issue. :fingerscrossed: I'll be sure to post the outcome. PS: I have the 2016 SR. Should I have my U bolts checked for grease while I'm there? When I mentioned it to the service manager he said that they come from the factory greased, and that the forum can give false information. I haven't been misled by you guys so far! Please advise.....

    They gave me an extended platinum warranty for the low transmission fluid issue. I requested it.
