-12 vs +1 Offset

    Hey everyone. I'm deciding on whether to get wheels with +1 or -12 offset. What are some pros and cons of each. I plan on wheeling as well if that comes into factor.

    Use a tire backspacing calculator to figure out the back spacing. You want no more than 4.5 (so 4.6+ is no good) if you plan on running a larger tire. If you go less (4.4 or lower) your tires stick out more and you have a greater chance of rubbing.

    So in this case, -12 gets you 4.5 backspacing. That's what you want. The +1 gets you 5" backspacing, which is too much i.e. your tires won't stick out dar enough and youll rub your UCAs
