Hey guys, so I just installed a set of Hi/Lo HIDs on my friend's 2014 TRD sport. Apparently the side markers no longer function like they used to. According to her the way the lights used to work was 1st click side markers, 2nd click inner(larger) amber lights, 3rd click headlights. Now the first click does nothing but the side markers will come on with the 2nd and 3rd click along with accompanying lights.
The first position on the switch reads DRL which I assume means daytime running lights ergo high beams as well but she swears only the markers turned on in this position, no high beams.

My question is can anyone identify why the first position on the switch now does nothing? What did it do stock? Was it truly only the side markers and nothing else or was it daytime running lights with beams? Also, if it is the latter then what wiring do I need to get the runers to work again.

    Thanks
