Depo LED tail lights problem. Brake light works but regular light does NOT work.

I've had my depo tail lights installed for about three months now and they look great and have worked well until now. When I turn the lights ON, only the driver side taillight comes on. If I press the brakes, both work fine. The lights and the brakes use the same LED bulbs, so why would they not work when the lights are on?

I replaced my reverse and license plate bulbs last week with LED bulbs and all lights worked fine when I finished. I have disconnected and reconnected the harness with no luck.

The same exact thing happened to me with a pair of Spyder led taillights. The passenger side taillight wouldn't work but the leds would when I pushed on the brake. Then I switched the passenger side taillight to the driver's side & hooked it up and it all worked fine. But I didn't want to deal with it so I just bought a set of these and they're better looking than my old ones and work great on both sides. First picture is the set where the passenger side taillight stopped working 2nd picture is my new set.
