    Ok, I am not trying to get anyone in trouble by posting this but I just found Vivid racing's website that actually will take payments for the supercharger. I'm tempted to do it but I have a goal of being completely debt free which is only a few months away. As soon as I have $5000-$6000 in savings I'm going to consider it. Please don't let the desire for having some boost make you make any foolish financial decisions.I've unfortunately made some pretty risky purchases which makes life a bit harder when your living check to check trying to pay stuff off. Please use wisdom if you can afford to make the $300 payments every month then it's better in my opinion then dropping $3000 down. Here's the link!
    https://www.vividracing.com/catalog...klPp0M-Y8UBts7NtjhbvghijFrGk-lOyTIaAkQa8P8HAQ

    Again, stop and think before you buy. Like myself, it just may not be the right time because I'm not in the financial decision to do so but when I am, this is far more convenient to me then draining the bank account of $3000.

    30% is a deal breaker for sure but 10% I would consider. It would be worth it to not have to make full payment. Again, I would never do it if I wasn't in a position to do. Some folks just can't afford to drop $3k down but $330 a month for 12 months makes it possible.

    330 a month is almost another grand in interest. SC's add minimal value to a vehicle. Never finance, or charge a mod for a vehicle.

    I've dropped enough money in one lifetime on mods. There's just no way I'd finance one at $330 a month. Stuff in life happens and $330 is nothing to sneeze at when you really need it.

    Holy crap! Thank you for saying that. Sometimes scrolling through TW feels like bad life choices 101. Maybe some people just make stupid amounts of money.

    I was thinking $330x's 12=$3300. An extra 10% which to me would be worth paying an extra $300 if I had the option to pay over a year. Again, I'm not jumping on this tomorrow. There's still bills to pay off...due to some bad decision making in the past. I'm still learning late in life but this would only make sense to me if I could pay this off within that year and ended up paying an extra $300. An extra $1000 is asinine but again, I'm still learning about money. We all have are weaknesses and it's never been my strong point. I wouldn't consider this if it was anything more than 10% of the total price.

    My ex wife left me with a pile of debt. She maxed out 2 of my credit cards that she was an authorized user on without me knowing (she did the bills).

    Took me 7 painful years to dig my way out. Never again. The only debt I will accept now is house, vehicle, or the health of my family.

    330x12=3300?

    I agree about not financing mods. If you are worried about financing a mod then I would venture to say it isn't a good time for that mod. Just cruise craigslists list you will see plenty of fine examples of this happening and people trying to dump their trucks full of mods near and over msrp.

    I guess I myself have been chomping at the bit for a really long time to install one but from making some pretty foolish sh decisions...(like buying a s/c on credit) got me $41k in debt. Well, I've been cracking at it for two long years and now just about $10k. I saw this website and my old stinkin' thinkin' got me thinking I could totally afford $330 a month now that I've freed up so much of my debt but I knew better not to pull the trigger. The flesh wrestles against the spirit and the spirit against the flesh. Bad idea indeed

    The install is the easy part. It's paying for it that won't come easy.
