LED Bulbs in Stock Headlights Legal?

Are putting LED bulbs in my stock 2015 Tacoma headlights legal? For Hawaii standards.

 

If it says for off road use only yes it's illegal. Will you get pulled over? Not likely. Even if you did it'll only be an improper equipment ticket. Just don't use colors specifically designated for emergency vehicles and you shouldn't have any trouble. All of my turn signals & my brake lights are led. The amber turn signals say for offroad use on the packaging. I'm using sylvania. As far as hi/low beam I'm still halogen but it's a popular upgrade and I have never heard of anyone being pulled over for those either.

 

In HI you won't get pulled over for it but don't plan on passing safety check or recon with it.
