Any suggestions are appreciated. This is on a 2012 DCLB- 69,000 miles. Icon 2.5 coilovers. I had the coilover spacers and heim joint bearings replaced yesterday. All ball joints were replaced yesterday with moog. Sway bar came off today. The control arm bushings appear to be fine. All I can see under there is a shiny rub mark where the bottom of the shock sits in the lower control arm- they sit right against one another, both passenger and driver.

There's the obvious squeaking but also some clunking in the background too.

Did you maybe try grease on the shiny spot?

That is nothing compared to what my truck sounds like, and that sounds way quieter and better than mine.

To help the OP sounds like it needs some grease.

I've sprayed Tri-Flow all up in it but not grease.

Sounds like the front radiator support body mounts. Pretty common they get a lot of water and dirt in them causing the bushing to break down and squeak. cleaning them out and greasing helps, but ultimately replacing them with poly bushings resolves the issue.

Yeah man, this thread is a couple months old now but you nailed it- it was the body mount. Friend of mine has a stethoscope and we used it to track-down the squeak.

The banging noise was from the Icons but I swapped them for some 5100/887s and it's quiet as can be now.
