    hello, looking for help with a contact at Toyota Customer Service besides the normal methods... had a broken leaf spring 4 yrs ago and had it fixed at a non-dealership garage... Toyota has the recall now and i am trying to get reimbursed bout $250 for the repair... sent Toyota info, they requested more detailed info, sent what was asked, and now Toyota wants more detailed info written on an invoice like "what was the issue as to why the vehicle was repaired?""facility diagnosis?""did repair correct problem?"... this just is getting me nowhere... I have the original sales receipt and original invoice with part numbers, etc... I have called several times trying to plead my case but i can't get past the robotic canned customer service reps... this is my 2nd Taco and I am looking to get a 3rd in the next couple years... any help at all would be greatly appreciated... thanks!!!
