Half my guage lights work

Hey so I have a 96 Tacoma 4x4 and I just recently replaced my guage cluster lights becuase the stock ones burnt out. I replaced them with regular led lights and when I put it all back together my tachometer now has a delay in in and stays at 1000x when I shut the truck off. And now only half of my guage lights work.

2004 trd off road 4X4, 265 75 r16 bfg at, bilstein 5100 all around front at 1in, rear firestone ride rite air bags

Some led lights are polarity sensitive so all you have to do is take the lights that dont work and flip them 180 degrees around so the contact points change sides. Thats it.
