Aloha! I just purchased a new 2016 TRD and would like some advice on how to keep the paint looking good. I previously had a 2012 Tacoma, which I bought the dealer sealant. Long story short, that was a waste of money, it came off, the company that sells it did not honor their warranty. Would like to get things started the right way on this new one. I live in Hawaii, don't have a garage, so wondering what's the best products I can use.

Hey! I live in Hawaii as well, I get my new TRD Sport tomorrow or Wednesday. You get yours from Servco Waipahu? I came here to ask the same question. My usual paint maintenance routine includes Meguire's Gold Class car wash soap and a soft wash mitt, two buckets with strainers in the bottom, and a nice thick coat of Meguire's Mirror Glaze 21 sealant. My assumption is this is still ok, but since I'll be getting fresh paint for the first time in my life, I thought I'd double check.

I use the sealant on the headlights and windows as well.

Thanks so much for the info Dakine83. I will use the Meguires. Congratulations on getting your first new truck! Mine came from Big Island Toyota, as I live in Kona.
