    '16 Tacoma TRD Off-Road
Hello! I've just purchased a new '16 TRD off-road today. I've stumbled onto Tacoma World after doing some research online and there seems to be a wealth of information on the forum. I live in northern Virginia (DMV area) and will primarily be using the truck for home improvement projects and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends. While I am not a off-road enthusiast or into modifying my vehicles, I plan on working towards building my tacoma into my SHTF truck.

    Welcome to TW.
I think Tacomas would make a decent SHTF/GTFO vehicle. While many mods are just cool stuff that folks like, there are a few that really do make the trucks more enjoyable. I think there are a couple threads that show some bug out tips/tricks/mods.
