Guys, I need some help/insight on a couple issues I'm having with my truck. I have a 2007 4x4 Double Cab (4.0L) with a 6-speed manual transmission and approximately 112,000 miles on her. I know I'm not the first to ask this but the search is not turning up too great.

The problem I'm having is when I'm taking off in 1st gear, the truck just kind of violently shakes when I get close to having the pedal all of the way out until I get going. The other thing is when going down the road, I can hear a slight chirping sound when I'm coasting in gear. This one I figured was the throwout bearing.

I bought the truck from a private seller and had about 84,000 miles on it then. I've had the truck for about 2 years now, and has always done this but progressively gotten worse. Y'all have any ideas or suggestions? If the clutch does need replaced, what should I go with? I know I don't want the same stock clutch. I grew up driving one but never had any problems.
