I had random shakes with the tires even after multiple road force balances. Also, the steering feel was vague and loose.

I think the tires are priced low for a reason. I went to the michelin defenders and now the k02. Both were superior to the G015 in every way. Just imo of course.

I have these on my truck and have 0 issues with them. They balanced perfectly, very little road noise, steering wheel is steady. Tires feel stock.

to tell you the truth the tires are very quiet... a lot better then stock which were wrangler adventures. Not ultimately a at, but i haven't tried it yet. just normal commutes.

Tire shop I deal with through my work recommended them for me. He has them on his Silverado. Says they are a good tire for mild off roading. Mainly trails for 2WD trucks to give you an idea on the conditions.

They are heads and shoulders better than the factory rugged trails

Rugged trails do not come on the third gen to my knowledge?

They are quiet for sure, but I think the wranger kevlar is probably going to be a better off road tire.

I am sure you are right my friend, had the rugged fails removed from my 2015 before I even took delivery.

Well, after a lot of reading reviews and going back and forth between tires I decided to get these. $790 total with an alignment, not a bad price at least for my area. The only other tire I was considering was the Michelin defender but I went with these because of the snow rating.

I only have about 40 miles on them but that was in a torrential downpour and they were pretty good, WAY better then the general grabber hts I had on, but I can definitely still hear a "hum". About same noise level as the grabbers but much better going through standing water. They have a 30 day return policy so I'm going to try to drive as much as possible in the next month. Who knows, I might end up taking these back and getting the defenders.

Related, another "the dealer sucks" story...about 3 or 4 months ago I had the spring recall for 2nd gens done and at the time asked the dealer to check my alignment. The dealer said they would have to charge me, no free alignment checks so I paid for the alignment. I was never convinced they did a good job because the truck never felt exactly right.

The shop today had to do an alignment because the toe was way out of spec, so the dealer either did a terrible job or never actually touched he truck at all. Another example of why it's a good idea to mark things before gong to the dealer.

Nice. How are they offroad? Im thinking Ill pick these up. They are still reasonably priced and I haven't heard very many bad reviews on them.

They really have done me well, l stayed out of the heavier Mud though as that is a weakness of pretty much all A/Ts

I put a set on my 17 to replace the stock Firestone Destination LE2's. I'm really quite happy with them. My truck is also a work commuter so I wanted something capable but not too loud or heavy. I've had them in basketball sized rocks in Anza Borrego and fairly deep sand as well but no thick mud. I've also driven them in the Tahoe snow. Love em. Just fine for my mild to medium off road and camping and a big step up from the car tires it came with.

Beautiful Truck! Glad to hear this though, as I am in that same category... mild to medium off-road time, but mostly street driving and commuting every couple of weeks or so. This will probably be my next tire.

Thanks man. It's a dream come true to me. I had a 98 prerunner for 13 years and now I have this perfect 4x4. You'll like the tires I suspect, I have 6k on mine no regrets.
