265/75/16 or 265/70/17 will be fine along with anything smaller. Any bigger and it will rub regardless of your lift.

Yeah my truck came stock with 265/70/16 but I was thinking I could go a little bigger with the leviling kit I put on.

    Bone Stock.Why mess with perfection?Except...
I think 265/75/16 might look pretty good. I'll eventually level mine out, but I'm not interested in lifting it. Lifted trucks do look good though. If you do a lot of off-roading you may need to lift it.

You don't even need a level kit for 265/75/16 from what I understand. I've been running that size for several years lifted initially at 1.75 and now front is at 2.5. I think this size looks great with or without much lift. Also, look at the manufactures specs, not all 265/75/16 measure out exactly the same. I have Duratracs that measure out to like 31.7in and Cooper ST Maxx same size measure out to 32in, both fit, but something to consider.

265/75/16's with a stock suspension. You don't need to do anything unless you just want to. Any bigger tires and you'll have other problems to solve.

notice the lack of his mudflaps.... My duratracs in that size with a 1.75 lift in front rubbed my mudflaps(but nothing else) before some big rocks got them.

I should have mentioned that. I took the flaps off well over a year ago so I haven't had any experience with them on with the oversized tires. when I would back into the driveway at my house the front flaps would scrapes the ground and it annoyed me so I took them off for that reason. still happy with the look/function of no flaps.

They won't rub if you only drive in a straight line I guess....

@Cculp123 , I would advise you to search this forum for that tire size and see what mods are required so 285s don't rub. Hint: a lot of people on here have had to do a cab mount chop.
