So I'm installing a Performance Accessories 3" Body Lift and everything is fine with the truck except when I try to shift into drive or put it back in park it requires some effort. I've gone over the instructions and there's nothing about making modifications for the automatic transmission. Any idea what the problem is?

I believe you have to add linkage or something. Good luck bro

    Update*
It wasn't in the instructions but I had to loosen a nut on the shifter linkage (which jerked into place once it was loosened) and re-tightened. Problem solved!

5 lug 4 banger with a ProComp suspension 2.75" lift and a 3" body lift and 285's. Compared next to my runner with a 3" lift and 33's

Definitely wouldn't do it if it was mine though. Body lift is squeaky and the truck is too weak for 285's
