Has anyone added UCAs with TRD Pro suspension and noticed a difference? I know technically you don't need em. But curious as to if anyone has done it and what the results were.

probably couldnt hurt! I know SPC uca's helped a bunch with my 5100's and the 6112's (aka trd pro front shocks) have very similar extended and collapsed lengths.

So you put on the light racing UCAs? And the truck drive a little more under you at speeds?

Go for it. It will not change your normal driving experience in any noticeable way, outside of the placebo effect where your brain will tell you it "feels better" but you "can't really describe it" because you "spent a ton of money" on "something you didn't need"

It is your truck, I burn plenty of cash on silly shit for mine... so I can't really be a dick about any of this without admitting this.

I recall reading TRD engineers said the addition of aftermarket UCAs can give the Pro suspension 1" more travel, as the stock UCA is currently the limiting factor. Won't have any noticeable effect on daily driving, assuming you haven't added top plates or other mods to increase the lift.

I have a TRD Pro suspension on my truck, and have driven it in a lot of different situations on and off road, although I'm a pretty conservative driver off road. When I get in the back country I like to take my time and enjoy the nature. I can't see where a non stock UCA would make any difference whatsoever the way I drive. The alignment is to specs, and it drives as well off road as at high speed.
