Good place to find spindle lift kit

Hey looking to get a maxtrac spindle lift. Im deciding whether to keep my shocks and add a small block with the spindles or just get new shocks. My truck has stock bilstein shocks. Is it worth the extra money to get the new extended shocks or should i just go with the blocks? It cost about 150 more but if absolutely neccessary...
