Ford Fusion Harvey Dent A/C Issue

I tried posting this in the Ford Fusion Club forum, which by my research has the most traffic, but they appear to suck at being an active forum like Tacoma World, so I thought I'd try here.

My 2007 Fusion SEL is being a little two faced with A/C. The driver side blows icy cold air, while the passenger side blows cabin temperature air. This car does not have dual zone climate control, so what could be the cause? The driver side vent and the left side of the center dash vent blows cold, but the right side of the center vent and the passenger side do not. Same story with the floorboard vents if I switch over to those. Thanks!

 

I have never heard of anything like this but I have heard of Harvey Dent.
