Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
I just use an old spark plug, pull a wire stick the plug in it and ground the plug while you turn it over.

Nice. I have considered doing that before because the parts are cheaper. Never actually done it though

Dude I gotta say I read through a good portion of your build, and honestly it just increases my desire to have my own tacoma build. However due to college and inexperience, that may not be in my near future

image.jpg image.jpg Bought some seats today out of a 99 Honda Civic for $30. I gave the driver seat a quick semi cleaning. I'll run them down with a pressurewasher and they would come out real nice. I need to modify the bracket slightly to get them in but it shouldn't be too bad.

Project is temporarily on hold at the moment. I will refer you to the other build thread I have going on right now:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/home-and-shop-build-thread.437682/

I am about to post today's progress in about an hour or so. Stay tuned, this is going to get good :D.

    I have a few mods
man everyone seems to find good cabs around them lol, here I am trying to cut all the rust out of my cab lol, Ill probably end up doing what you did and bondo the main cab. Not a good photo, but this is where my 80 sits lol. My seats are out of a Honda Prelude I believe, way better than the bench seat. You still using that crappy L43? I got a G52 5 speed with the truck when I bought it since the 4 speeds reverse was blown but I found out the G52s 1st and 3rd grinded and 5th whined so I found and bought another G52 with a blown reverse but 1-5 worked and I took both apart and made one good 5 speed haha.

here's my build thread if you wanna check it out

I never stop moving it seems. Been putting in insane long days for a while, and I'm really just getting started. Not to mention we will be starting an outage here in late October. That is 12-14 hour days at work and coming over to the house to work after that.
