I'm Not 100% sure what size lift is on it. Whoever owned the truck before me had all that installed. I know it has firestone ride rite airbags in the rear, and a lift in the front, 3 in I'm assuming. I haven't had a chance to measure it compared to stock yet to see what the difference is. Tires are 265/75/16. Stock size I believe.

I may try to go to Richland's sometime soon and check it out. I haven't been there in a while so not sure how much has changed since the last time I was there. Its been about 10 years or so since I've been there. Brown mountain closed 3 Jan and wont open back up until 1 April. It would be a decent place to hold a meet and do some camping/Wheeling. They have several spots to set up camp sites. May be worth trying if we could get enough people to come.Link to brown mountain below,

Called the ferry a week or two ago and they are apparently closed until I believe it was March 15.
So not much offroading to do until around then since uwharie, brwn mnt, and outer banks is all closed. Unless you drive all the way to the north end which frankly isn't all that fun really.... Man really need to find some better spots around here... Free case o cold ones to anyone who has any decent recommendations :D

On the Outer Banks, year round beach driving is allowed on parts of Cape Hatteras National Seashore and at the northern end from Corolla to the Va state line. Some towns may also allow it during the winter but not sure why anyone would want drive in front of a bunch of condos. You'll need a permit, $50/week or $120/annual for the NS.

Cape Lookout NS cabins and beaches open March 15 and these are accessible only by boat or private ferry. Camping and off road driving are allowed on two islands within the Seashore, Portsmouth and South Core. Both islands are roughly twenty miles long. Permits are not required but the private ferry services charge around $75/vehicle and $15/person round trip. Reservations are required and contact info is on the Cape Lookout NPS website. The off roading isn't particularly challenging but CALO is as remote as you'll find for public lands on the east coast. Tent camping and driving are permitted most anywhere between the high tide mark and the dune line with possible closures for turtle/bird nests.

This is a link to the first of a three part write up done by a friend on a trip I helped organize a couple of years back

I'm in New Bern, but I don't think there are a ton of people on TW in this area. Seems like many more people in Jacksonville and Greenville.

    Oh yeah, I'm 30.
