Sold to @GARSHA91..wish I still had it TBH..never got to use it except to open it once..

I thought those were nice and they would work..I just went with something cleaner that wouldn't stick out as much..

Are these something people are interested in? You need a rack too right, or I guess a bracket could go in the front factory rack mount maybe? Any mass produced should be stainless IMO

    I thought about that.

I'm not sure what the proper/clean way would be to mount limb risers without at least a rack. Here, I did a rack and no headlight hoops that you commonly see. I was going to order the hoops and those are $40. Then I have to find someone local that can weld aluminum AND, on top of that, hack up the bumper and ruin the PC..

Now that I know they work, I'm going to PC these.

I am going to try to make another set for the '12-'15 Tacomas and see about stainless and also see what kind of market these would have here..

Are there really that many limbs at the mall?!?! But seriously though those look great. Do you plan to love those on full time or just when you go wheeling?

A group of us went to Badlands this past Sunday. After a few of the woods trails in that place, I see why you're making limb deflectors....

We had 12 Toyota's (6 FJ's, 4 Tacoma's, a Tundra and a 4Runner) plus 6 "brand X" vehicles....Spent the day exploring. Dunes are OK, Quarry was more fun. Best part was the last 1/2 hour, 4 of us split off and went in a creek bed and had some REAL fun. (FJ, Jeep Wrangler, Jeep XJ, and me) Too many dirt bikes and ATV's for my liking though....It was incredibly dusty. Major rain just 30 miles south, but Attica hadn't had rain in a month.

Thanks dood! I plan to run them as much as you run your Velcro "dad shoes" :anonymous: haha

Mostly when I wheel..maybe when the wife says "let's go to the mall!" Because mall crawler :luvya: maybe I'll run the big 'D' [shackle] with them too!!

    :bananadead:

Dude it looked like a great group! I was gonna go but I saw 90% chance of rain Saturday which would have made Sunday 110% chance of soupy Midwest mud..

Then I saw the weather predictions were wrong!!:angrygirl:

I think there is another one planned in September or October which I will definitely be at!

It's been over a years since I've even seen dust.....The dunes were a giant dust cloud. We drove up in a monsoon, but as soon as we turned off of I 74, the clouds lifted and it was sunny all day.

I guess all the dry weather had the creek level down. Deepest water we were in was about 18". It was major fun though!

I always like the creek bed depending which route you take. Exiting the tubes is always a toss up since it gets washed out and rutted bad..ask me how I know....

Don't know my way around that well yet, but where we got out of the creek put us close to the dunes.....maybe 300 yards of trail and we popped out pretty close where the concrete hill is at....Does that sound familiar?

Yea that sounds up stream. We took that way last time I was there and popped up on top of the dunes on a high hill area.
