Will a 20mm increase in scrub radius ruin my handling?

I have a 3" OME lift on order for my 2013 DCLB. I also have some Light Racing UCAs on the way. I'm in the market for new wheels and want to run 285/70 17" tires. Aftermarket 17X8 wheels with 4.5 B.S. and 0 offset are a very common size. Compared to my stock wheels, this new setup will increase my scrub radius by about 20mm. My question is whether or not this will noticeably impact handling. I don't wheel, but spend a fair amount of time on washboard and potholes. I've read many comments about SR, but none that put a limit on an acceptable SR.

It seems like a lot of people run large spacers and negative offsets so I imagine they are dealing with much worse SRs than I will have. What is your experience? Thanks.
