    how many u joints are on an 05 tacoma? and are they all the same u joint part?

    all the same U-joint, there are 3 of them I believe.

    Tacman00 is correct, I did mine in the vise go to a machine shop let them press them in, much easier..........

    Three and they are all the same. You can press them in yourself using a socket and a good vice. Did mine this past winter.
