Anybody have any luck fabricating a bar of some sort to straddle the aluminum crash bar behind the grill? I just ordered a 28 inch Cree, and was working on the bar this afternoon. Here are some pics of aluminum plate 1/4 inch thick I made. It costs me about 7 bucks. The light is not here yet, just wondering if anyone has tried it. Figured it won't rust.

Yes it will work. I just used a piece of slotted stainless steel angle iron and mounted the light to the angle iron. I mounted the angle iron to the crash bar with 4 self-tapping screws. The light doesn't move at all going through corn fields so its sturdy.
