    Had an alignment recently?
    LCA bolts may be loose.

Yes it have and aligment a week ago in toyota dealership and they say everything Was perfect but i think is BS because even when I'm doing reverse amd turn to the right i heard the noise even worst sounds like the front end of the truck is going to fall apart sounds like a 1990 truck

Torque all four of your Lower Control Arm cam bolts n nuts to 100ft#'s. Popping noise should go away.

Tell them that the front suspension is popping because the Lower control arms aren't torqued properly, and you don't own a torque wrench, so you need them to torque them to spec, which is 100ft#'s. They probably didn't remove the front skid plate to properly torque the front cam bolts and that is your issue.

I have that problem, I removed my sway bar first of May and that didn't make any difference. I haven't tried the lower control arm torquing but will.

End of May I drove to Colorado, after traveling from Silverton part way up Engineer Pass, back down, and across Cinnamon Pass I never had the issue again until this week. :notsure: Coincidence that it's raining?

Just simply ask them, or someone to torque them for you. Or go buy a torque wrench and DIY. All you'll need is to remove the front skid plate, 4 bolts, I think 12 or 13mm socket will do, then a 19mm or 3/4" socket for the LCA bolts n nuts.
