I am looking to lift the front of my Tacoma up a bit to level it out. Does anybody have any experience with these ?

Have you tried a search here on the forum? I'd venture to say there are quite a few threads answering your questions.

Spacer lifts generally cause harm to front end components and are frowned upon but i think i can let a 1" spacer slide.

How many miles on your suspension now? If its getting up there to the point it could use replacing then a better but still cheap option would be 5100s or the rancho quick lifts to level your truck.
