    Here's a fun fact:

    There are 80 million boomers & 79 million millennials in the workforce. There are only 46 million gen X'ers (such as myself) in the workforce. The boomers aren't retiring at a linear rate. There's going to be a mass exodus of boomers.

    Of course gen X'ers will fill a lot of those spots, but someone will have to backfill the other 34 million spots. What does this mean?

    1.) Millennials will be promoted at a much faster rate than previous generations.

    2.) A higher number of millennials will be making decisions of greater importance/ impact.


    Which means...










    2.) We're all going to die. :help:

    Also @DannyBFresco when we got down off of hilltop and I drifted that rock pile, that was like hands down the funnest drift ever. I definitely had a #tokyodrift moment, just found the perfect RPM and was sideways the whole time. Probably couldn't do it again if I tried lol. To bad #BitchLow had to wag fingers lol
