    98 Tacoma SR5 4X4 2.7
    Just joined.... I'm flying from Atlanta, GA. to Dallas, TX on Aug.31 to pick up and drive home a 1998 Tacoma, Ext Cab, 5 speed, 4X4 with the 2.7 engine. Not my first Toyota, but it will be my first Toyota truck. The left side needs all new body work. OK to drive but in need of a fix. For the past 30 years I have been active with BFG and their off road races, as a Radio Relay setup along the race courses. I've seen plenty of Toyota trucks come by our relay. Especially IVAN STEWART in his trophy truck. I plan on modifying my "TACO" with a BAJA racing look. Any information / suggestions from the forum members will be GREATLY appreciated.
