Does anyone know of any waterproof high current winch connector plugs?

The last time we went offroading, we got stuck in some deeper water and even though the winch was above the water, the plug had gotten wet and we couldn't dry it out enough to not arc. I was thinking of trying to waterproof it with silicon or hot glue or something but Im not too confident in that holding... Anyone know of any waterproof ones?
