I've been lurking around for a while, but decided it's time I introduce myself. I just bought a 2013 Tacoma TRD Off Road from a local guy (who might be on here somewhere). I'm new to Tacomas and have been trying to get up to speed on everything. I'm looking to make this a mild offroading/overlanding rig for my wife and I to take on adventures. The truck had some decent additions when I bought it:
    • TRD Supercharger
    • URD Pulley (?)
    • Toytech lift
    • Leer topper
    • Wheels from Discount
    • General Grabber's
    • Firestone air bags
I attached a picture of the truck from the day I bought it, so we'll see if that shows up.
    FullSizeRender.jpg

    So now some questions:
What do I need to know about the supercharger (besides the fact that it's awesome)? Maintenance, additions, etc.?

How do I tell which Toytech lift I have? Are they a pretty good/reliable brand?

I've been doing a little reading, and it seems like people say the air bags won't be good for offroading. Is this true? I don't plan on hauling super heavy loads, so is there any reason to not just pull them off and sell them?

Thanks to anyone that's able to help me out. I've already learned so much from this forum and know I'll keep learning as I go. Also, if anyone in CO wants to school me on Tacomas and offroading, I'd love to get connected.

Yeah when I saw he had that installed, I pretty much couldn't say no.

Welcome! Nice build. I opted for the SC over the High $$ suspension.
