Any Portuguese people out here?!

Won't highjack the thread, but Obama getting two PWDs was the worst thing that could have happened to the breed (in my opinion). Before breeders were very protective of the breed and now you find them in the "puppy mills." Enough said ..... Back to the original thread theme.

 

Yep. Most of the Portuguese families out here in SoCal come from those islands. You guys ever go to some awesome festas? Festa da bola this year was pretty crakinn

 

my girlfriend is. her family is from sao miguel, azores.
most of my ex girlfriends are from azores as well lol. Guess I just have a thing for the portuguese girls.
I myself though, I'm Italian. Dads side is from Forgaria nel Friuli, mom's side is from Palermo, Sicily.

Actually going to see the girlfriends family next summer. Guess I'll need to get better at my portuguese by then haha. Although she said some of her cousins speak english and italian as well.

My mom is Portuguese, my dad is Spanish (actually Basque). I was born in Texas. Does that count?

Might go see my family in the end of summer/fall, basically just need to be in italy for beginning of september. Then I can go to the F1 grand prix with my cousins haha.

 

That's on my bucket list, go to a F1 race. Closest to me is Montreal, so something to think about and plan.

 

Montreal is good, been there a few times.
I want to go to Italy, Belgium, Spain, Britain, and Hungary, maybe Australia too.

 

My ex wife is Portuguese. Guess that counts..
