OEM Bed Divider

As title states, I've got an oem bed divider up for grabs. It's in pretty good shape, with the only notable thing being the four holes I drilled to mount bicycle fork brackets to it. Includes all necessary hardware. These things are 400ish new. I'm asking 160.

It's a pretty bulky item. I'll ship it on your dime, but it'll probably be $100+ to get it that far across the country.

Sorry I know very little about these but am interested.
Does it mount to the bed rails?
If so I have relocated bed rails due to my tonneau cover. They are about 1 to 2" lower than stock.
Was there space under the divider when mounted to stock height rails?

 

The divider mounts directly to the bed rails. It should clear of you've moved your rails down 1" but 2" may be an issue.

Ya between the moved rails and a bed mat it wont fit as is.

Is it steel or aluminum? I could zip the bottom off to gain clearence and reinforce.

I had the same setup and had to cut a bit off the end of each side of the divider and flip the mounts that slide into the rail, but it fits, tightly of course.
